Blueberry Vanilla Bliss


  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Vega vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp spirulina 
  • 1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes 
  • Ice
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Blend and add water if too thick. Top with some coconut flakes and blueberries for garnish and enjoy!

Banana Spirulina Smoothie

Happy Easter peeps!!!! Kickstart your morning with this delicious smoothie! The star ingredient is Spirulina, which is one of the world’s most nutrient dense algae. It’s a complete protein with all 8 essential amino acids and is packed with detoxifying chlorophyll, beta carotene and B vitamins. 

The ingredients are posted above, just blend with a handful of ice and enjoy! I also topped it with unsweetened coconut shreds that I coated with matcha powder for an extra boost!

Thin Mint Smoothie

I love mint and I love chocolate, and this smoothie does the trick! Instead of buying a box of Thin Mint cookies from the Girl Scouts and eating them all, I whipped up this healthy smoothie. Try it and let me know what you think!


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tbs organic cacao powder
  • 4 mint leaves 
  • Handful of ice

Blend all of the ingredients and enjoy!

“Matcha” Ordinary Smoothie

Blend the following: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs flax
  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean protein powder
  • Handful of ice
