Not only are they dairy free, but they are packed with protein and fiber that will keep you full after only a couple! So, kick up your feet and enjoy these with a cup of tea or hot cocoa by the roaring fireplace!
Ingredients (Pre-heat oven to 350)
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup Earth Balance
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups of oat flour
1/4 cup of agave syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup of dairy free chocolate chips
Combine all of the ingredients, roll into balls and bake for 12 minutes on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Enjoy!
