What is a Health Coach, you may ask? As your Health Coach, I will help guide you to reach your health and life goals by making step-by-step changes to your food and lifestyle. I will focus on Primary Foods, which are Relationships, Spirituality, Career and Physical Activity, as well as Secondary foods (the actual food you eat), all of which have a tremendous impact on our overall health, happiness, and well-being.
Sessions can be done in person or by Skype.
