In this solution, we will install the.NET Framework manually after downloading it from the official website and then try installing it. Note: This solution requires that you have Archiving software installed on your computer (such as WinRAR or 7-ZIP).
- Go to the official Microsoft website and download the .NET Framework executable to a location you can access.
