“Matcha” Ordinary Smoothie


  
Blend the following: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs flax
  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean protein powder
  • Handful of ice

Matcha powdered green tea has 137 times more antioxidants than regularly brewed green tea. It has also been shown to increase metabolism and burn body fat four times faster than average.
