Meatless Buffalo Wings

Looking for an easy Super Bowl appetizer idea that will have everyone talking? Look no further! This recipe is made with cauliflower, which is loaded with B vitamins and filling fiber, so you can feel guilt-free eating it.

You will need:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces

1 cup of oat flour

1 cup of water

1 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo wing sauce

2 pieces of celery cut into 4-inch sticks

2 carrots cuts into 4-inch sticks

Dairy free dipping sauce:

4 oz. of Go Veggie classic plain cream cheese alternative

1 tbs of Bragg’s apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

Pre-heat oven to 350

In a large bowl, mix the oat flour and water to make the batter. Coat the cauliflower with the batter and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Place the cauliflower “wings” in a gallon sized Ziplock bag with the buffalo wing sauce to ensure they are fully coated. Place back onto the baking sheet for another 5 minutes in the oven. Take them out and serve with the dairy free dipping sauce or dip into more buffalo wing sauce if you desire! Garnish the plate with celery and carrots.

For the dairy free dipping sauce, just mix the ingredients stated above and add more or less garlic powder to your liking.
