1 dozen whole, fresh strawberries
1 cup of dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chunks (I used Enjoy Life)
1 tbs of organic coconut oil (I used Dr. Bronner’s)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine coconut oil and chocolate chunks on low heat in saucepan. Stir constantly until melted. Dip each strawberry into chocolate and place on parchment paper. Place in fridge for 15 minutes. Enjoy slowly with your loved one.
